"Davido is my boy and I cannot fight him" - MC Galaxy says

It should be recalled that sometime in 2015, it was reported that the self-acclaimed Omo Baba Olowo joined muscles with his driver to ruthlessly beat up his fellow artiste, MC Galaxy, at his house in Lekki. Even though Davido later came out to say it was his boys and not him that beat up Galaxy, the Komolop Cholop crooner has never spoken about the episode. But in a recent chat with Sunday Scoop, the comedian and singer laid his mind bare. He said, “Davido is my boy and I cannot fight him. We are friends and friends have issues once in a while and move on afterwards. We cannot fight each other and our relationship is still tight.” On the Davido and Hushpuppi debacle where both parties argued about who spends the most money in clubs, Galaxy said, “Spending in clubs depends on my mood. I spend a lot of money without noise. I’m more of a businessman and I have a lot of ventures that I’m involved in but it’s private. It’s not everything you put out on social media.”

On several occasions, artistes take for granted the consequence of drought and hiatus in the Nigerian music scene. Sadly for us, today, boi-kiss is one of those who have made that list. I don’t think any other artist enjoyed a more fulfilling year (asides Wizkid ) than G-Worldwide’s Kiss Daniel did in 2016. It was like a flip of page or should I say coin for the afro pop singer who went from being shunned for one of the most dramatic award categories in Nigeria to bagging home the hip-hop world revelation award and best pop album of the year plus other awards. Kiss Daniel was arguably the biggest new indigenous artist of the year 2016. Formerly, we thought the boy was not loved after receiving ‘cold shoulders’ at the top. But critical review has shown that Kiss Daniel is moving in the wrong wagon. Yes! To be clear; it is safe to say the G-Worldwide team has failed to use this boy’s potential the way it should. I mean, I recall many saying that Kiss Daniel has that fusion
